Melissa Soellner, Memorial Hospital's Dietitian is proud to introduce a FREE Weight Loss Group, The program provides structure, support and accountability to those looking to lose weight. Those who participate in the program will be supplied with nutrition and activity action plans to help them reach their goals.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
The annual program follows the CDC Prediabetes Curriculum and will include 1 meeting a week for the first 16 weeks (March 9 through June 22), 2 meetings a month for the following two months (July 6 through February 2021). Meetings will approximately 1 hour.

NAMI Support Group

NAMI St. Louis (National Alliance on Mental Illness) provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.
NAMI Connection is a confidential and safe support group for adults living with mental health conditions.
The organization will be holding monthly support group meetings at Memorial Hospital in the Cafeteria on the third Thursday of every month from 7:00-8:30pm.

Call for Help helps people overcome a variety of personal crises, ranging from sexual assault and poverty, to homelessness and mental illness. We change lives by giving people skills and support that empower them to overcome emotional and physical crisis.
Call for Help is stationed at Memorial the first and third Wednesday of every month from 10:00am-2:00pm.
