Program consists of 12 sessions.
Starts Monday September 25 and runs through December 18 (no class December 4)
Choose from NOON or 5:00 pm
Can attend either session each week.
Meetings last 45 minutes – feel free to bring a lunch!
Follow up support meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 9 am or 6 pm
