This free program, explores happy hacks to boost your mood.
Our lives are bombarded with negativity and stress. New research in neuroscience and positive psychology shows that when we experience happiness and positivity, it turns on all the learning centers in the brain and fuels positive outcomes in all aspects of our lives. Join Family Life Educator Robin Ridgley for a free program to:
- Understand common barriers to positivity and well-being
- Discover science-backed practices for positivity and productivity
- Learn “happy hacks” to boost your mood and attitude
Ridgley’s program priorities relate to social-emotional wellness, aging well, brain health, and family relationships. She connects with local partners and community members to provide educational programming and resources on healthy living throughout the lifespan.
