Mariah Bargman receives Employee of the Quarter
In a special reception on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 Memorial Hospital CEO, Brett Bollmann named Mariah Bargman Employee of the Quarter for the Fourth Quarter 2019.
Mariah has worked at Memorial Hospital since 2017. She is the Marketing and Community Relations Manager. When asked what she likes most about working at Memorial Hospital, Bargman replied, “There is never a shortage of services to market or events to plan. I love the variety of projects I get to help with across all of our facilities. Our community is lucky to have such an amazing healthcare team in our rural area and I have the pleasure everyday of sharing that. My co-workers make a great support system and I am grateful to have such amazing people to work with.” Her co-workers write, “She always has a smile on her face, positive attitude, and is ready to help. She rearranges her schedule to fit the need of the hospital and represents the hospital in a very professional manner internally as well as at all outside functions.”
Mariah resides in Chester with her husband Charlie II and sons Duncan and Evan. In her spare time she enjoys crafty projects, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. Bargman received a personal plaque, cash prize and parking spot of her choice for the next three months.
Each quarter employees are encouraged to submit “star cards” for their co-workers who go above and beyond in their patient care or team work. During the reception four random cards were drawn, and Ashley Schroeder, Brenda Ruroede, Lane Gibbs, and Heather Williamson were the winners of a monetary award for their star nominations.
