Service Description
Memorial has two cardiologists who provide care at the Specialty Clinic. Dr. John Groll specializes in cardiology and subspecializes in diagnostic and interventional cardiology. He has been a member of the Memorial Hospital Specialty Staff since 1998. Dr. Groll holds outpatient clinics at Memorial Hospital weekly. A physician referral is required. Dr. Frederick Ochieng’ specializes in general cardiology. He is board certified in both internal medicine and cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He also holds board certification from the American Board of Pediatrics, National Board of Echocardiography, and American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Ochieng’ is part of the Prairie Cardiovascular group and practices at the O’Fallon, Illinois location. He joined the Memorial Hospital team of specialty providers, offering outpatient cardiology clinics in September 2023. He holds clinics montly.
