Michelle is a provider with Dr. Floyd and the Oncology/Hematology team at Cancer Care Specialists of Illinois. Michelle joined the team of specialty providers at Memorial Hospital in 2023
Michelle’s education includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice (2020) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2014) from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville, IL. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society.
Michelle holds outpatient clinics for established patients of Dr. Floyd at Memorial Hospital on Wednesdays.
