Family Nurse Practitioner - Board Certified 

Cassandra Chambers received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bradley University Peoria, IL in 2011 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a Family Nurse Practitioner Specialty in 2019 from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She has a background in cardiology and enjoys the cardiac aspect of Family Care. She finds it extremely rewarding to help care for people, develop a plan of care together, and see the patient improve.
