In a special reception on Monday, April 16, 2019 Memorial Hospital CEO, Brett Bollmann named Amanda Rhyne Employee of the Quarter for the First Quarter 2019.
Rhyne has worked at Memorial Hospital for over 4 years. She has worked in multiple departments during her time at Memorial and is currently the Administrative Assistant at the Rural Health Clinics. When asked what she likes most about working at Memorial Hospital, Rhyne replied, “I like the working environment of the clinic; everyone is always looking out for one another. I like that I have a variety of duties and can help co-workers in other departments when needed. Most of all, I like my caring and friendly co-workers, without them none of this would be possible.” Her co-workers write, “The employee is hard working, always willing to help, and is very friendly to everyone. She is our go to person when we need something because she is always right there for you! She truly cares for people and is always looking for ways to help improve the facility and the patient experience.”
Rhyne resides in Perryville, MO with her husband Johnny and children, Kylee and Tyler. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family at youth sporting events, gardening and relaxing around the pool.
Rhyne received a personal plaque, cash prize and parking spot of her choice for the next three months.
